You may return/exchange most merchandise within five (5) days of your purchase date (ship date for online orders), provided the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed and the tags are still affixed.  Please note all items will be inspected upon return and the refund/exchange will be granted only if the above mentioned conditions are not applicable. 

*Items prohibited from returns will be indicated the product description and are not eligible for a refund. These items can be exchanged for a different size or color (if applicable) of the same item. 

**For orders placed online, the “Return By” date on your Return & Exchange form includes a 5 day shipping window. This is in addition to the 5 day return policy and allows time for you to receive the product.

How Do I Return/Exchange an Item?
You can initiate a claim by completing the Return and Exchange Form (included with your parcel). Please be sure to include the appropriate reason code for your return/exchange.

Please ensure all returned/exchanged parcels include the Return/Exchange Form as refunds/exchanges cannot be processed without this form. This will ensure proper accounting of the returned/exchanged item(s) and will assist us with processing your claim in a timely manner. 

We will provide Pre-Paid return labels upon your request, by submitting our online Return Label Request Form or by contacting us via email at 626clothing@gmail.com. Please note a fee of $6.00 will be deducted from the return amount. Tracking information will be provided to customers (via email) to ensure parcel delivery. 

If you do not wish to utilize our return method, we highly recommend using a traceable carrier such as, United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEX. If doing so, we ask that you please retain the parcel tracking/shipping information to ensure the package has been delivered. VI·II·VI will not assume responsibility for parcels sent independently by consumer. 

**In the event we are unable to fulfill your request for an exchange (size requested unavailable, backorder, or product unavailable), we will contact you via email, and if necessary, issue you a refund for the item(s).


Refund Timeline
To help keep you informed of the status of your refund, we will send you key emails throughout the process. Once we have received the merchandise, we will send you an email stating that your refund has been initiated, in which no funds have been issued back to you. After the return/exchange has been inspected you will receive another email stating your return has been processed and funds have been reversed back to you. The fund reversal timeline is now in effect.

Fund Reversal Timeline: Please allow up to 14 business days after we have processed your return request for payment to reflect in your account. It typically takes 2-7 business days to process a refund with our merchant services, and can take an additional 2-7 business days for your issuing bank to post the refund to your account.

Your refund will, in most cases, be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. If the original card is not available, a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
